If you have some positive comments to make about our services, or if you are not satisfied with any service that you have received through our center, we encourage you to do one or more of the following:
- Discuss your concerns with the staff member involved
- Call the centre to speak to the staff member’s supervisor
- Fill out a Feedback Form and submit it to our agency
- Call the centre to speak to our Executive Director, Mary-Ellen Everatt. At anytime, you are welcome to contact her directly through e -mail or via telephone at email@example.com (250) 371-4100 ext. 201.
All issues or concerns will be addressed as soon as possible. Our best efforts will be made to resolve all complaints quickly and to your satisfaction.
