The information in this part of our website is for the parents of the children we serve. As a parent, you are the most important member of your child’s team, and we want you to have all the information you need to make decisions. Our centre staff have developed a handbook for the parents of children who recieve services at our centre. You may view this handbook in PDF format by clicking the image to the right. If you would like to request a paper copy of this handbook, please email the centre and we would be happy to mail one to you.


The Children’s Therapy & Family Resource Centre provides two different consent forms to be used appropriately, based on the age of the child.
